SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipping and Delivery

Mischievous Magpie facilitates the delivery of handcrafted products through reliable common carriers.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 5 business days.

  • Packaging Standard: To maintain artisanal quality and environmental responsibility, soaps are secured with a paper band and wrapped in protective paper for transit. They are not sealed in plastic or individual boxes.

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation and tracking number are transmitted to the User via email upon dispatch.

  • Liability: Mischievous Magpie is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery to the address provided by the User.

  • US Delivery Only: Mischievous Magpie currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Returns and Exchanges (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of personal care products and the specific artisanal packaging utilized by Mischievous Magpie, all sales are final.

  • Hygiene and Safety: Soaps are personal hygiene items. Because products are packaged without plastic seals or outer boxes, Mischievous Magpie cannot verify the integrity or sanitary condition of a product once it has been delivered. To protect the health and safety of all customers, returns, exchanges, and "change of mind" requests are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Resale Prohibition: Mischievous Magpie does not restock or resell any items that have departed the fulfillment facility, regardless of whether the paper wrapping appears undisturbed.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Mischievous Magpie via the contact information provided on the Website within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has transitioned to the fulfillment or shipping phase, it is ineligible for cancellation.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

While Mischievous Magpie adheres to rigorous quality control standards, the Entity acknowledges that errors or transit damage may occur.

  • Notification: The User must notify Mischievous Magpie of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

  • Required Documentation: To qualify for a resolution, the User must provide the order number and clear photographic evidence of the affected product and the condition of the shipping container.

  • Resolution: Verified claims for damaged or incorrect items will be addressed through a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, determined at the sole discretion of the Entity.

5. Shipping Information Accuracy

The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of purchase. Mischievous Magpie is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the User or for orders returned as "undeliverable." Subsequent shipping costs for re-delivery are the responsibility of the User.
